HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
For all orders that can be shipped to you by courier we recommend you to place your order through our online shop as this is the fastest and easiest way to process your order payment and the dispatch of your order. Larger or heavier items that cannot be shipped by courier, but which have a fixed shipping cost can also be bought through our online store. If you’re a new client, we would recommend you to create an account and also to sign up with our newsletter, this to be notified with the latest news updates and deals available to you. However you do not need to create an account to make a purchase at Fitness GF21 if you rather don’t as we believe that you as being the customer should have to right to choose for yourself.
Order by email:
For larger orders which cannot be shipped by courier and which will have to be shipped on a pallet or crate, orders whereby you want to have multiple items including larger and/or heavier items all put together, we advise you to confirm your order by email so we can give you the exact cost of shipping for this order also.
Wholesale/B2B orders have to be placed and confirmed by email.
Order by phone:
You can contact us by phone or WhatsApp to place your order and we will either process the order together with you on our online store or we will send you an order confirmation by email afterwards whereby you can check your telephone order before we will this will be processed.
Our sales advisers speak English, Dutch, German and Spanish.
On demand – Out of stock:
At Fitness GF21 we occasionally offer a made to measure service and we also offer an on demand service for goods not in stock. Especially some larger items of gym equipment, some high quality punch bags or training equipment, we may not always have in stock. However, you can contact us without any commitment and we will check for you how soon we can get the required product or products for you and we can work it from there.
Terms & Conditions:
Please note that for any type of order processing you automatically agree with our online Terms & Conditions. Ordering by email or by telephone does not in any way change and or affect these Terms & Conditions as offering the opportunity to place your order by email or phone is an additional service we offer our clients to assist them with their purchase.
Payments are always due in full before we will process and ship your order. We offer our clients several payment options such as PayPal, Debit/Credit Card payments and Bank Transfer payments. More details you can find under payment methods.
For orders made to measure or ordered on your behalf or request a 20% – 50% deposit will be required before we process your order and the remaining balance will have to be paid just before we ship the order to you.
We cannot and will not process any orders whereby the client is either not providing us with or refusing us to give us the following details: Full name and address including Street Name and number, Location/City including Postal Code and Country, Email Address, Mobile Contact Number.
Wholesale/B2B customers will have to provide us with proof of business and VAT registration in order to comply with national and international transactions where needed. We also reserve the right to ask for proof of ID if required.
