PayPal, Debit or Credit Card:

ONLINE ORDERS can be paid by using PayPal, Debit or Credit Card. All online transactions will be completed through our financial partners and payment handlers such as PayPal and Stripe. This means we at Fitness GF21 have no access to this sensitive payment information.

Debit or Credit Card:

TELEPHONE ORDERS processed through our customer service and/or sales team, can be paid by Debit or Credit Card over the phone. Fitness GF21 does not save or store your card payment details because of our security and privacy policy. Therefor you will be asked for your card and payment details each time you are completing a card payment order over the phone with us.

Bank Transfer:

EMAIL ORDERS and TELEPHONE ORDERS processed by our sales and/or customer service team can also be paid by Bank Transfer if the client prefers to do so. Occasionally this payment option can also be requested by Fitness GF21, this mainly for international transactions and or because of security, the amount to be paid, anti fraud or other legally justified reasons. Payments by Bank Transfer will in general take up to 2 – 5 working days before your payment will become available in our account. Please note that orders paid by Bank Transfer can only be processed once we have received your payment in full.

Cash Payments:

FACE TO FACE ORDERS such as personal collection and/or personal delivery can be paid in cash with a maximum of €1000,00 per transaction. Fitness GF21 has the right to check your cash notes for fraud before accepting them as a payment.

Payment by Cheque:

Fitness GF21 does not accept payments by cheque, unless specifically and exceptionally agreed different as for example in the scenario whereby the transaction is taking place by certain clubs or organizations. Businesses and private customers cannot pay by cheque.
