MC8 is *HIGH PROTEIN and a high content of L-glutamine, specifically 14%, and with digestive enzymes (Digezyme®). *Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass. *Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Casein is characterized by having a slower digestion than whey proteins, so it would be ideal to take it when meals are widely separated from each other and it is also suggested to take them before going to bed.
