Over the past 20 years I’ve trained in multiple sports and weight trained to a decent level. I’ve tried all types and forms of protein always wanted to try an isolate type protein but found them quite costly. I’m so glad I tried Mutant Iso Surge it is such a pure and effective protein that within 20 mins you can feel your muscle filling almost. This item I could not recommend enough if your serious about pre workout and post shakes. Just try it you wont go back to a standard unpure protein again.
