SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

General Shipping Policies:

At Fitness GF21 we aim to process your orders as fast as possible and this can take anything from 1 hour up to 24 hours after we have received your order.
Orders are being processed on weekdays only from Monday to Friday. Online orders placed before 12.00h are in general being processed and shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time are for next working day dispatch.
In very busy times we do allow ourselves 48 hours (2 working days) to process your order, however this would be very rare and under exceptional circumstances only.
Estimated delivery/shipping times are counted from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Any possible additional local taxes, subject to the customer’s location of the billing and or shipping address, this for example outside another EU member state are entirely up to the customer’s responsibility.

Parcels up to 30 – 40kg (depending on country and or destination) and with a volume less than 167kg/m3 are being shipped by courier and with a track and trace system. We do not use courier services without track and trace facilities.
Parcels shipped by courier are in General shipped with GLS, however, depending on country or destination other courier services may be used from time to time as well.
Please note that Fitness GF21 will make use of the delivery address provided by our clients. Make sure all address and contact details are correct. The client has to make sure to be available for delivery and/or to go and collect the parcel at the nearest depot after several delivery attempts or as agreed with the courier company.

When a parcel is delivered whereby the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer is requested to sign for this parcel stating it was damaged and should ask the courier to make note of this on the delivery sheet before reporting this to Fitness GF21. Your stationary will not be affected by this.

Please note that additional courier charges may apply when the customers is requesting to have the delivery of the order re-directed or when change of delivery address is requested during the process of delivery.

Customers failure to respond or to act upon a card left at the delivery address, this by the courier and or other logistic partners, may result in a re-delivery charge where applicable.

Larger sized orders weighing either more than 30 – 40kg (depending on country or destination) and/or with a volume of more than 167kg/m3 or for any other reason it cannot be shipped by courier will be shipped on a pallet or crate. Please note that depending on the order size and or product, we cannot guarantee orders placed before 12.00h will be shipped the same day. As we use different logistic companies for different countries/locations for the transport and delivery on pallets, this to get the best possible price on shipping, it may take up to 2 working days approx. before your order is fully processed and shipped. The cost of transport for the client may vary depending on the order size, amount of items, the weight, the volume and destination meaning an additional cost of transport may have to be paid before we can process your order.

Disclaimer

In the unlikely event of a stock error and or depending on product availability, our customer service team may contact you to offer you a solution and to inform you of the estimated delivery time once the product becomes available for purchase or dispatch.
Fitness GF21 does not ship any orders to post office boxes.

RETURN POLICIY

Return of a damaged or faulty product

As a customer you can return a damaged or faulty product within 14 days from the day that you have received your order. All returned products still need to have the original product packaging, labels and tags in place. After we have received the returned products, we will fully check the returned product and notify you about your rights. In case of a damaged or faulty product we may offer you a repair, an exchange or a refund (also depending on the product type and/or stock availability) as long as the products have not been used for training or others. Refunds are always issued as soon as possible, however in general you will process your refund within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

Return of your order or a product without a motive

If you as being the client are in any way not satisfied with your order, or you believe the received products/goods are not as described on our website or you have changed your mind for any other or no reason, you also have the right to return your order or a product within 14 days from the day you have received your order making sure the products/goods are clean, have not been used, are complete and in the original packaging with labels still in place and you have to make sure to add the purchase invoice with the returned goods to proof and confirm the legality of the order.
Supplements and Nutritional products whereby the safety and hygiene seal is broken and or removed cannot be returned and or refunded.
Protective and Hygienic products such as groin guards, protective cups, mouth guards and compression shorts cannot be returned in any case, even if they are new.
Please note that shipping cost will not be refunded in any of the above return options.
The cost of shipping and all other potential cost as packaging etc. to return your order or products/goods are to be paid by the client.
After we have received the returned products, we will fully check the returned products and notify you about your rights. In case of a damaged or faulty product we may offer you a repair, an exchange or a refund (also depending on the product type and/or stock availability) as long as the products have not been used for training or others. Refunds are always issued as soon as possible, however in general you will process your refund within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

Return of gifts

If you would like to return a present or a gift, please contact the person who has bought the product/products and follow our return procedures as instructed.

How to proceed

Please send us an email with the reason of your return as explained above to info@fitnessgf21.com within 14 days from the day you have received your order. We will need you to confirm the return as well a summary of the products you wish to return in writing by email in order to be able to process your return and repair, exchange or refund request.

Put the product or products you would like to return together with your purchase invoice in either the packaging you have received you order in or new packaging (depending on the conditioning of the packaging) and make sure the products are well protected and the packaging well sealed and taped off.
Make sure you have your own contact details as well our contact/delivery details correct and visible on the parcel including our contact number.
In the event of returning a package to Fitness GF21, make sure you ship this parcel by using a logistic service which provides a tracking system for your package such as GLS, DHL, UPS, DPD. Also obtain a receipt and tracking number as proof of your return, this to ensure your statutory rights are unaffected. The shipping cost to return a parcel are to be paid by the customer.

As soon as we have received your parcel with the goods returned by you, we will fully check these and we will inform you about your rights and will start processing either the repair, exchange or refund within 14 days after we have received your parcel.
